Greenstorm is a fast-growing energy services business at the heart of the UK's net zero transition. Amongst other services, we deliver solar PV, air source heat pumps, and fabric insulation measures (CWI, EWI, IWI) for Tier 1 contractors, on behalf of social housing landlords, local authorities, and housing associations across England.
We're looking for a Graduate Project Manager to join our Install Division and grow with us. This is a hands-on role - you'll be working directly with our Senior Scheme Delivery Manager to coordinate live schemes, manage contractor relationships, and keep projects moving from survey through to completion and sign-off.
If you're organised, ambitious, and genuinely interested in the built environment and green energy, this role gives you a platform to build a real career in scheme delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the end-to-end delivery of residential install programmes (Solar PV, ASHP, CWI, EWI, IWI)
- Coordinating scheduling, access, and logistics across multiple sites and subcontractors
- Tracking programme progress against milestones and flagging risks early
- Liaising with client contacts at housing associations and local authorities
- Managing documentation, compliance sign-off packs, and MCS/TrustMark requirements
- Supporting the Senior Scheme Delivery Manager with reporting, programme of works updates, and client communications
- Building relationships with site supervisors, installers, and supply chain partners
What We're Looking For
- A degree-level qualification in project management, construction, engineering, environmental science, or a related field
- Strong organisational skills — you keep multiple plates spinning without dropping any
- Clear, confident communicator — comfortable dealing with clients, contractors, and colleagues at all levels
- Comfortable working with Excel, data trackers, and project management tools
- An interest in energy efficiency, retrofit, or the built environment
- A full UK driving licence (preferred — site visits are part of the role)
It Would Be a Bonus If You Have...
- Any placement or work experience in construction, housing, or energy delivery
- Familiarity with MCS, TrustMark, or ECO/WH:SHF funding programmes
- Experience using programme tracking tools or CRM systems
What You'll Get
- A structured development pathway toward Scheme Manager - we always look to promote from within
- Exposure to nationally significant energy programmes and blue-chip housing clients
- Mentorship from experienced senior managers who've built their careers in this sector
- £28,000 – £30,000 salary, reviewed as you grow into the role
- Flexible hybrid working — Birmingham base with remote flexibility
- 28 days holiday including bank holidays, plus your birthday off
- Access to our company bonus scheme
