12-Month Fixed-Term Contract | 37.5 Hours per Week

Are you an experienced Team Leader ready to take the next step in your career, or an established Deputy Home Manager looking for a new challenge?

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Deputy Home Manager to support the delivery of exceptional care and help lead our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of older people while developing your leadership and management skills within a highly regarded care home.

What You'll Be Doing

As Deputy Home Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance are maintained. Working closely with the Home Manager, you will:

Lead, support and inspire the care team to deliver outstanding person-centred care
Ensure compliance with safeguarding procedures, CQC standards and regulatory requirements
Conduct regular audits and quality inspections to maintain excellent care standards
Support the day-to-day management and smooth operation of the home
Promote a positive, customer-focused culture where residents can thrive

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Has experience as a Team Leader, Senior Carer or Deputy Home Manager within a care setting
Understands the needs of older people and is passionate about delivering high-quality care
Has strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
Is customer-focused with excellent attention to detail
Has knowledge of safeguarding vulnerable adults and care quality standards
