Full job description

We are a fast-growing multi-brand e-commerce business selling across Amazon, Shopify, eBay, TikTok Shop, Etsy, OnBuy, B&Q Marketplace and other online channels. Our brands operate across home, lifestyle, gadgets, mobility and consumer products, with thousands of customers across the UK.

We're looking for a highly organised and ambitious individual who can become a key part of our team. This is more than a standard customer service role — you'll gain exposure to e-commerce operations, marketing, social media, product launches and day-to-day business management.

Main Responsibilities

Managing customer service across multiple sales channels
Responding to customer enquiries via email, marketplace systems and live chat
Processing returns, refunds, replacements and warranty claims
Monitoring Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, eBay and other marketplace accounts
Assisting with daily business administration and operational tasks
Supporting directors with general PA duties
Liaising with suppliers, couriers and customers
Creating and scheduling social media content
Basic photo and video editing for social media and marketing campaigns
Assisting with product listings and content updates
Helping improve customer experience and internal processes

Bonus Skills (Not Essential)

Amazon Seller Central experience
Shopify experience
eBay, TikTok Shop or marketplace knowledge
Canva, CapCut or Adobe editing experience
Social media content creation
Basic graphic design skills
Experience in e-commerce operations
