About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

We are recruitng to a new onsite coordinator role for our Birmingham Warehouse.

Job responsibilities:

1，成本预提，相关结算，以及对账工作

1, Cost Provisioning , related settlement and reconciliation work

2，相关系统更新功能，流程优化，PDA版本更新，等相关培训工作

2, Related system update functions, process optimization, PDA version updates, and other related training work

3，客户导入相关流程，以及对应系统对接，方案，规划的联动工作

3, The process of customer onboarding, along with the corresponding system integration, solutions, and planning coordination work

4，运营指标的实时监控，及时预警，协调相关资源

4, Real-time monitoring of operational indicators, timely alerts, and coordination of relevant resources

5，保持与客户，仓库的日常沟通。针对突发异常情况的相应，如订单拦截，发货异常，提货异常等

5. Maintain daily communication with clients and warehouses. Respond to emergency situations such as order interception, shipping anomalies, and pickup anomalies, etc

6，合同续签，价格变更，以及相关服务报价，相应的流程。

6, Contract renewal, price adjustment, and related service quotations, along with the corresponding procedures

Essential Requirements

Fluent Mandarin speaker. Fluent English speaker.

Good computer literature.

Multi-site travel required.
