Job Summary
A self-employed professional seeking a versatile and skilled individual to undertake a variety of construction sites in Bewdley, and Worcestershire and WR1 1PP,

The role involves working independently on diverse tasks across residential new build sites with own tools Transports, and insurance, CSCS card .

The ideal candidates will possess a broad skill set, in carpentry 1st fix & 2nd fix , with the ability to adapt to different project requirements and work to program

This position offers flexible working arrangements with paid projects and the opportunity to build a reputable portfolio of work.

Duties

Structural components using hand tools and power tools
Carpentry tasks such as framing, joinery, roofing, and general woodwork
Utilising hand tools and power tools efficiently for diverse construction tasks
Conducting site inspections to ensure safety standards are maintained throughout projects.
Collaborating with clients or project managers to understand project and work to time scale programs.
experience in carpentry,1st fix & roofing and second fixers is essential.
Familiarity with the use of hand tools such as hammers, chisels, saws, screwdrivers
Experience operating power tools including drills, saws.
Previous involvement in construction joinery projects is a must.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations CSCS Card reqired to building sites regs
Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects independently with own tools and transport and liability insurance and work to NHB standard.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a self-driven professional to utilise their broad skill set across multiple projects. The position requires dedication to quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards while providing flexible working conditions tailored to your expertise.

Pay: £15.00-£50.00 per hour
