Job Summary

Working in Taylor Wimpey Manufacturing, the Planning & Production Administrator supports the Planning, Production and Design functions in relation to core administration activities and backfill support for other personnel during holidays.

This role is working 8am-4pm, Monday to Friday.

Primary Responsibilities
Planning - Creating picking tickets and delivery notes / information in HSB, and completing picking tickets in Sage (plus providing backfill for Planning Schedulers during periods of absence)
Design - Administration of CDP information / design information version control folders and management of uploading / downloading in DocHosting, and tracking of Production / Sti NCR status including follow up on action owners
Production - Maintenance of training records, publishing daily attendance register for FTE / Agency operatives and preparation of all drawing / design instructions for release to factory (plus backfill for Productivity Coordinator during periods of absence)
Experience, Qualifications, Technical Requirements
Experience in administration or similar roles.
Strong understanding of a manufacturing environment
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
High attention to detail and strong numeracy.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with excellent organisational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in a design or timber frame environment
