We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Fulfilment Assistant to support our busy warehouse. This hands-on role will help keep orders moving efficiently daily and during busy release periods.
Role Overview
This role is an important part of our day-to-day operation and will involve picking, packing and dispatching customer orders, processing inbound deliveries, replenishing stock, supporting stock accuracy and helping to ensure our customers receive their orders correctly and in excellent condition.
As part of the warehouse team, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards across our fulfilment process. Attention to detail is essential, as you will be responsible for ensuring that orders are packed accurately, safely and to the standard our customers expect from Total Cards.

- Order Fulfilment: Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring products are handled with care and packed to a high standard.
- Customer Experience: Help deliver a positive unboxing experience by ensuring orders are presented neatly, safely packaged and checked before dispatch.
- Stock Replenishment: Replenish warehouse locations and picking areas to ensure stock is available and ready for the team to fulfil orders.
- Inbound Deliveries: Assist with receiving deliveries, checking quantities, logging stock accurately and reporting any discrepancies or issues.
- Stock Accuracy: Support regular stock checks, stock counts and inventory control processes to help maintain accurate stock levels.
- Warehouse Standards: Keep the warehouse clean, organised and safe, ensuring products are stored correctly and work areas are maintained to a high standard.
- Process Compliance: Follow company procedures and warehouse processes to ensure orders, stock movements and deliveries are completed correctly.
- Team Support: Work closely with other warehouse team members and departments to support the smooth running of the wider business.
- Continuous Improvement: Highlight any issues, errors or process improvements that could help the warehouse operate more efficiently.
Working Hours
Rota based shifts, 9am - 5pm / 2pm - 10pm
5 days per week, including alternative weekends
Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfilment, stock control or similar operational role
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately when handling customer orders and stock.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high standards.
- Confident using computers, order systems, stock systems or similar software.
- Ability to follow processes, instructions and company procedures.
- Able to work well under pressure, especially during busy periods or product releases.
- Reliable, self-motivated and able to manage workload effectively.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- An interest in Trading Card Games, collectibles or the wider hobby industry is highly desirable.

Pay: £24,785.00-£26,325.00 per year
