Main duties, tasks & skills required
As a Staff Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering safe, effective and compassionate care to patients, ensuring their individual needs are always at the centre of your practice. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care, responding to changes in patients' conditions and making sound clinical decisions, escalating concerns where appropriate. Please note, you will need to be able to work Day and Night shifts. Newly Qualified Nurses will be considered but not guaranteed.
You will work closely with patients, families and carers, providing clear communication, reassurance and education, while collaborating with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and seamless care. You will be encouraged to take part in audit, research and quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the ongoing development of services and ensuring care is delivered in line with best practice.
