Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Recruitment and Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support human resources functions while managing administrative duties within a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a vital part in talent acquisition, relationship management, and office operations, ensuring smooth processes across various platforms and systems.

Responsibilities

Assist with lead generation activities to attract potential candidates through social media management and other channels.
Manage recruitment end to end supporting the managers recruiting
Coordinate recruitment campaigns, including posting job advertisements and engaging with prospective applicants via social media and other channels.
Support the onboarding process by organising documentation and liaising with new hires.
Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to facilitate effective talent acquisition.
Handle general administrative duties such as scheduling interviews, managing correspondence, organising meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
Assist in social media management to promote job openings and company culture.
Support HR functions related to human resources policies, employee records, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

Proven experience in recruitment or HR administration
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, colleagues, and external partners.
Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Ability to work independently whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail. This role provides an excellent platform for individuals looking to develop their career within human resources and office administration in a supportive environment committed to professional growth.

Monday to Friday

10am until 2pm

Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
