- Ensure cleanliness and safety within the kennel environment.
- Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their animals' needs and health.
- Collaborate with veterinary professionals for any medical concerns.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all animals under care.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in animal care or management roles, particularly with kennels or similar environments.
- Strong knowledge of animal behavior and welfare standards.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Basic veterinary knowledge is an advantage but not essential.
