We are NST
We’ve been creating school trips in the UK, Europe and worldwide which educate, inspire and enable children to develop a sense of independence for over 50 years. Our educational experiences have lasting, positive impacts to expand horizons and unlock potential.
But that’s not all… we’re part of something bigger. We’re powered by PGL Beyond, a group of inspiring companies with a common purpose to deliver enriching and transformative experiences to the next generation. Will you join us?
Make a difference as a Tour Coordinator
As a Tour Coordinator, you’ll help turn great trip ideas into great trip realities. Working alongside our Educational Travel Sales Advisors and in-house travel services teams, you’ll bring inspiring school trip itineraries to life – pulling together all the details to ensure everything runs to plan.
You’ll be the main contact for Group Leaders, keeping them updated by phone and email, listening carefully to their needs, and making sure special requests or adjustments are looked after. If any bumps in the road pop up - before travel or while the group’s away - you’ll be quick to find smart solutions and keep things running smoothly.
With several tours on the go, you’ll balance priorities, solve problems quickly, and use your creativity to design itineraries that hit key learning objectives. By building strong relationships, you’ll create lasting memories – and loyal customers.
