· Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure visuals align with campaign goals and commercial objectives.
· Ensure all campaign creative delivers a consistent, engaging and commercially effective brand experience across all channels.
Collaboration, Innovation and ownership
· Work closely with cross-functional teams, developers and freelancers to bring creative ideas to life.
· Contribute to the strategic development of creative concepts and digital experiences.
· Bring fresh ideas, innovation and awareness of emerging digital, creative and UX trends to continuously evolve the brand.
