Full job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated person to join our landscape company in North Oxfordshire, we are a small family run business and are looking for a dedicated, hard working team member to join our growing business.

We are seeking a candidate with experience in a hard landscaping role covering skills such as decking, paving, fencing etc.

Driving license required, as you would either meet at the yard or to various locations with the team, or drive company vehicles. Projects are generally within a 15-mile radius of Chipping Norton although this could occasionally change.

Job Tile - Hard Landscape Operative:

Summary of responsibilities. – Installation of hard landscape projects, including patios, pathways, decking, pergolas, walls and fencing etc. We also cover soft landscaping such as turfing, seeding and planting. There will be training on the job, but we require someone who can start immediately with our projects.

Essential Skills / Experience (minimum 5 years):

Broad range of landscaping experience

Team player to promote a positive working environment

Excellent planning and organisational skills

Excellent communication skills/ approachable to customers

Passionate about landscaping, positive and self-motivated, with a can-do attitude

Capable of working under pressure with the ability to meet deadlines

Being able to operate a digger and dumper would be an advantage

Excellent attention to detail ensuring works are carried out to the highest standard first time

Must have proven experience.

References would be required.

Applicants must have a valid driving licence.

Pay based on experience.
