GoodBox helps charities, places of worship, visitor attractions and fundraising organisations collect more donations and payments through simple, modern payment technology.
Today, more than 2,500 organisations use GoodBox, including over 250 customers in the United States. We are growing steadily through inbound demand and are now looking for a hands-on Marketing resource to build the marketing engine that supports our next phase of growth.
This is not a brand marketing role and it is not a social media role.
We are looking for someone who can improve our website, create compelling customer stories, launch marketing assets and help turn more visitors into customers.
The Role
You will own the creation and delivery of GoodBox's marketing assets and customer-facing content.
Your mission is simple:
Build the website, content and customer proof that helps us generate more leads and convert more customers.
You will work closely with the leadership team, sales team and external freelancers to improve how GoodBox presents itself online and how we communicate value to customers.
What You'll Be Doing
Website & Conversion Optimisation
- Own and improve the GoodBox website
- Create and optimise landing pages
- Improve product pages and calls-to-action
- Work with developers and designers to implement changes
- Increase website conversion rates
Customer Stories & Case Studies
- Interview customers across the UK and US
- Create case studies, testimonials and success stories
- Build sector-specific proof points
- Turn customer outcomes into marketing assets
Content & Asset Production
- Manage creation of product videos and photography
- Produce sales presentations and collateral
- Create content for campaigns and product launches
- Coordinate freelancers and specialist agencies where required
Email & CRM Marketing
- Manage customer and prospect email campaigns
- Segment and engage our database
- Build nurture and reactivation campaigns
- Improve customer communication journeys
Marketing Operations
- Manage marketing projects from brief to completion
- Track performance and results
- Work closely with sales to understand customer needs and objections
What We're Looking For
Essential
- 3+ years in a marketing, growth, content or product marketing role
- Experience improving websites and landing pages
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Experience creating case studies and customer stories
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects
- Commercially minded and focused on results
Desirable
- B2B SaaS, fintech, payments or fundraising technology experience
- Experience with Zoho / Mailchimp or similar CRM platforms
- Basic understanding of SEO and conversion rate optimisation
- Experience managing freelancers and external suppliers

- Launched new landing pages
- Produced customer case studies across key sectors
- Created product explainer videos and photography assets
- Established a repeatable content and marketing production process
