Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to support our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations, and assisting with legal documentation. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong IT skills and experience in administrative functions within a legal environment. Responsibilities

Typing of legal documents, correspondence, and reports with accuracy and efficiency
Manage and maintain legal files, records, and documentation in accordance with organisational standards
Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents using Microsoft Word and ensure they meet quality standards
Handle general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and organising meetings
Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external agencies via phone, email, and in person
Utilise IT skills to support various administrative tasks and troubleshoot basic technical issues as needed

Qualifications

Proven administrative experience, preferably within a legal or professional services environment
Strong audio typing skills with high accuracy and speed
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Sound IT knowledge to support daily operations and document management
