Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our esteemed legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in private client work, demonstrating exceptional negotiation skills and a commitment to providing outstanding service to our clients. This role involves advising clients on a range of matters including wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate.

Responsibilities

Provide expert legal advice to clients on private client matters, including wills, trusts, and court of protection.
Draft and review legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
Conduct negotiations on behalf of clients to achieve favourable outcomes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting private client work.
Collaborate with other professionals, such as financial advisors and accountants, to provide comprehensive service to clients.
Manage a caseload efficiently while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

3+ years PQE with relevant experience in private client law.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on client care.
Ability own caseload independently and collaboratively within a team
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
