The Opportunity!
You will be part of the Senior Leadership Team running the Operational Support team offering system and reporting support to the wider payroll group. This will be a key role supporting and enhancing the payroll service processes and procedures to further develop the business.
Reporting through to the Director of Payroll Services you and the team will assist in system and technical support to the wider group and offer advice and support on improvement projects. You will be responsible for identifying and delivering opportunities for margin enhancement, increased profitability and assisting the business in delivering the budget
The Key responsibilities can be summarised as:
- Manage team delivering Payroll & Third Party System Support and Reporting
- Drive performance improvements across the wider Payroll Business through Optic MI
- Identify margin enhancement opportunities
- Ensure team delivers continuous improvement through automation, waste reduction and efficiency initiatives
- Deliver accurate and timely billing, maximising revenues
Enable the wider Payroll business to deliver the budget
