About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, professional, and highly organised Reformer Pilates Instructor / Studio Manager to join our growing studio team. This role combines high-quality Pilates instruction with day-to-day studio management responsibilities, helping to create an exceptional experience for every client.
The ideal candidate is passionate about health and wellness, confident leading Reformer Pilates classes for different fitness levels, and capable of managing studio operations, client relationships, and team coordination.
Key ResponsibilitiesReformer Pilates Instruction
- Deliver safe, engaging, and effective Reformer Pilates classes
- Adapt exercises for beginner, intermediate, and advanced clients
- Provide hands-on corrections and guidance where appropriate
- Create a welcoming and motivating class environment
- Ensure all equipment is cleaned, maintained, and used safely
- Support clients in achieving their fitness and wellness goals
Studio Management
- Oversee daily studio operations and opening/closing procedures
- Manage class schedules, bookings, and instructor rotas
- Handle client enquiries, memberships, and customer service
- Monitor studio cleanliness, presentation, and atmosphere
- Assist with staff coordination and team communication
- Maintain inventory of studio supplies and equipment
- Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and social media content
- Help drive membership growth and client retention
Requirements
- Certified Reformer Pilates qualification
- Previous experience teaching Reformer Pilates classes
- Strong understanding of anatomy, posture, and movement principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised, reliable, and proactive approach to work
- Experience in customer service or studio management preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Desirable Skills
- Additional fitness or wellness certifications
- Experience managing a fitness or wellness studio
- Social media or content creation experience
- Sales or membership management experience
- First Aid certification
