Full job description

Do you want to work for an Award-Winning Care Company that will value and reward your hard work? GoodOaks Homecare are looking for fantastic experienced live in care professionals to join our friendly and supportive team.

As a Live-in Care Professional, you would provide personalised care and companionship for one client in their own home. We can offer both flexible placements, and guaranteed income through our On-Call System. Our placements are often for two to three weeks and many are on an ongoing basis depending on the Client’s and Carer’s wishes.

Driving allowance plus mileage for drivers with own car
Daily pay rates of at least £120-£145 per day
Optional On-Call System paying £250 per week on your week off
Weekly holiday pay in addition to your basic weekly rate
Access to our Virtual GP service for you and your client
Travel expenses provided up to £60 per return journey for placements
Supportive, proactive, and understanding management
Free training and arranged, paid accommodation for training
Paid DBS check if required
Opportunities to study for a Level 2 or 3 QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care

What do we require?

Prior experience as a live in carer - minimum six months
Good verbal and written communication skills
At least two references
Clear DBS check (provided by Good Oaks)
Right to work in the UK (we can't offer sponsorship)
