Job Title: SELF EMPLOYED NAIL TECH

Location : Breeze Skin & Beauty, Weymouth

Position Type: Self-Employed

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and dedicated Nail Technician to become part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering top-notch customer service and have meticulous attention to detail. As a Nail Technician, you’ll provide exceptional nail care services, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain a clean, inviting salon atmosphere.

Duties:

Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and intricate nail art designs.
Consult with clients to understand their style preferences, recommending tailored treatments for optimal results.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene by sanitizing tools, equipment, and maintaining an organized work area.
Stay current with nail trends and techniques to offer clients the latest in nail care and beauty.
Build lasting client relationships through exceptional customer service and effective communication.
Promote salon services and products to enhance the client experience and support salon success.
Adhere to health and safety regulations to create a safe and welcoming environment for all clients.

Experience:

Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role is required.
Qualifications in gel polish manicure and BIAB manicure are essential.
Training in full-cover tips and upper forms provided as needed.
Having an existing client base would be preferred, but is not essential.
Excellent customer service skills and effective communication in English.
Passion for beauty with a commitment to learning and growth in the industry.
Must be available to work Tuesday to Saturday.
