About the Post
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and compassionate SEND Administrator to join the Learning Support team at Twynham School. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role at the heart of our commitment to inclusive education, where no child is left behind.
You will play a key role in supporting students with SEND and coordinating vital inclusion processes across the school. From managing EHCP administration and annual reviews, your work will directly impact the experiences and outcomes of young people and their families.

Who we are looking for
We are seeking someone who is:
- Exceptionally organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Proactive, solution-focused and confident taking initiative
- Detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of the importance of accuracy and compliance
- A clear and professional communicator who can build positive relationships with students, families, staff and external agencies
- Empathetic and committed to supporting children and young people with SEND
- Trustworthy and discreet when handling sensitive information
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with others
- Confident using IT systems and administrative processes efficiently
- Passionate about inclusive education and the difference it can make to young people and families
We would love to hear from you if you:
- Have at least two years’ experience in an administrative or finance-based role
- Have excellent organisational and IT skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate confidently and professionally both verbally and in writing
- Can work proactively and supportively alongside our SEND Administrator, Deputy SENDCos and Assistant Headteacher (SENDCo)
- Have an understanding of safeguarding procedures and the importance of compliance
- Appreciate the importance of systems, structure and attention to detail
- Believe in the power of inclusive education to transform lives

Pay: £28,598.00-£32,597.00 per year
