Job Title: Social Media Marketing Assistant
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
Salary: £25,100 per annum with an OTE of £26,000
Location: Head Office, Nantwich (Stapeley) Full-time office-based

Position Overview:

Ready to level up your marketing skills and unlock new opportunities for career growth? Then look no further than our exciting position as a Social Media Marketing Assistant. In this dynamic position, you’ll be the driving force behind our marketing efforts across various platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team and Marketing Managers to execute campaigns, analyse data and optimise strategies to enhance our online presence and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and search engine marketing (SEM).
Assist in the creation and editing of video content
Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms, monitor social media channels, and respond to comments and messages promptly
Assist in the creation of email marketing campaigns, including writing copy, designing templates, and segmenting email lists
Respond to customer reviews on Trustpilot, Google reviews and other platforms
Prepare monthly reports on social media campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
Assist with any general marketing or brand related events as requested
Create and publish blog posts for the main website and individual stores
Along with the rest of the marketing team, support individual stores by assisting with marketing materials and other offline or online activities.
Visit some stores at least once a year

Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is desirable
1-2 years of hands-on experience in a social media role is preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Google Analytics, social media management tools, and advertising platforms (e.g. Meta Ads Manager)
Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a keen eagerness to learn and develop in the field
