Phone based - Customer Account Manager

Full and Part-time roles available
Guarantor My Loan - Norwich, Norfolk

£25K - £28k dependent on experience

We are currently rated 4.9 out of 5 starts on Trustpilot which we are very proud of! Our ever growing team needs more fabulous people to join us in our vibrant city centre office.

We are looking for phone based customer account manager to join the team.

So what will you be doing?

Owning Guarantor My Loan customers from the moment arrears are entered into through to bringing the account up to date.
Contact customers to discuss missed payments , including use of outbound calls, letters, emails and texts.
Respond to various types of incoming contact including call, emails and texts.
Agree specific treatments with customers and guarantors to get the loan payments back up to date.
Meet all relevant regulatory requirements.
