About the Role
We are looking for a professional, personable, and highly organised Service Advisor / Showroom Host to support both Scuderia Prestige and Chery Camberley. The primary focus of this role is managing the daily operation of our Service Department, ensuring customers receive an exceptional aftersales and sales experience. Alongside these responsibilities, you will also act as the first point of contact for showroom visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for all customers visiting or contacting the dealership, providing a professional, friendly and welcoming experience.
- Assess each customer's requirements and direct them to the appropriate department, whether Sales, Aftersales, Parts or Management, ensuring they are assisted promptly.
- Manage all service bookings, ensuring the workshop diary is accurately planned and organised
- Coordinate vehicle breakdowns, recoveries and workshop logistics
- Liaise between customers and technicians, providing clear updates throughout the repair process
- Ensure customers are booked in efficiently and all relevant information is obtained before arrival
- Maintain service records, workshop bookings and all relevant documentation
- Assist with manufacturer warranty administration and support the team with warranty claims
- Support colleagues with warranty-related queries and aftersales administration
- Handle incoming calls, service enquiries and customer communications professionally
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to all showroom visitors
- Direct customers to the appropriate sales or service team members
- Maintain a high standard of presentation throughout the showroom
Support the wider team with general administrative duties and appointment scheduling
- Offer refreshments and ensure customers feel valued throughout their visit
- A confident, professional, and approachable manner
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality preferred
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to manage warranty paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor or automotive administration role would be advantageous
Hours - 6 Days a Week
Pay - £33,750 per annum
