RBHM is Berkshire, Surrey and Hampshire’s fastest growing boiler installation company, focused on quality, reliability, and customer care.

Established in 2014 and based out of Longacres Garden Centre in Bagshot, we specialise in the installation of Worcester Bosch and Viessmann gas boilers. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality heating solutions, we are continuing to expand and are seeking skilled Gas Engineers to join our installation team.

As a Gas Engineer at RBHM you will:
- Install domestic gas boilers, cylinders, radiators and full heating systems.
- Work on installations ranging from straightforward boiler swaps to complex plant rooms and full home renovations.
- Diagnose and repair central heating issues.
- Carry out general plumbing tasks where required.
- Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of safety and compliance.
- Work closely with a supporting team (engineers, plumbers, gas improvers and office staff) with full materials and surveys prepared in advance for every job.

Main Responsibilities:
- Install and commission boilers from Worcester Bosch, Viessmann, Vaillant, Baxi and Main.
- Install cylinders, radiators, plant rooms, and complete heating systems.
- Perform fault-finding and repairs on central heating systems.
- Maintain accurate job records through our Commusoft system.
- Uphold RBHM’s reputation for quality and professionalism, working to the highest standards.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless project delivery.

In order to be considered for this role you must have:
- Gas Safe registration with relevant ACS qualifications.
- Proven experience in boiler installation and domestic heating systems.
- Strong understanding of Gas Safe regulations.
- Full UK driving licence.
- A commitment to customer service and high standards of work.
