Location: Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire
Please note due to the rural location and limited public transport you will need to be able to get to and from Stoneleigh Park.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break) (after successful completion of probationary period possibility of hybrid 2 days a week)

- Holiday: 23 days + bank holidays (rising to 30 with service)
Job Overview
Are you a people-focused professional with a passion for relationship-building and business growth? We’re looking for two experienced Lead Generation Executive / Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team at Stoneleigh Park. This role is to drive planned new business growth within the Construction and Utilities sectors.
This role involves prospecting, analysing market trends, developing client-specific solutions, negotiating terms, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Please note that initiating contact with potential clients to help generate new business opportunities and generate sales will require a lot of outbound calls, emails and contact on social media platforms and in our experience, this can be up to 90% of the contact.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new customers, using leads data already in our expansive CRM system, to make outbound B2B and B2C sales calls daily (c.70 – 120 a day). ‘Quality’ Talk time is important in this role
- Follow up to convert new customers within Construction and Utilities sectors
- Generate and qualify leads through proactive prospecting and research
- Maintain accurate records and generate quotes using our CRM system.
- Use social media and digital platforms to build new business pipelines and research key personnel
- Liaise with the Sales Manager and wider team to escalate any client or process issues.
- Maintain and manage pipeline activity via CRM
- Produce regular pipeline reports for management

Experience (Required):
- Office-based sales experience (3+yrs)
- Skilled in high-volume outbound engagement, consistently turning calls into constructive, outcome-driven interactions.
- Successfully manage large outbound call volumes while maintaining a positive,
- solution-oriented customer experience.
- Proven B2B/B2C telesales / outbound sales experience
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- CRM and MS Office proficiency
- Research skills
Bonus (Desirable):
- Previous experience in training or hire companies
- Contacts within the Construction and Utilities industry
- Knowledge of Industry Training including CITB, City & Guilds, EUSR etc
