We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Transformation Project Manager to lead multiple complex change initiatives and optimising business processes across our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex projects, supporting innovation, and ensuring seamless integration of new systems and workflows. Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee large-scale transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement within existing processes.
- Gather and document requirements by engaging with stakeholders across various functions to develop comprehensive project scopes.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively using project management software.
- Supervise and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and accountability.
- Utilise data analysis skills to evaluate project performance metrics and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate internal and delivery partner resources into a common cohesive virtual team.
- Develop detailed project documentation and prepare presentations for executive leadership using PowerPoint or similar platforms.
- Apply methodologies such as Waterfall or Agile frameworks to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Drive change management initiatives by communicating effectively with all levels of the organisation and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Monitor costs and control budgets to ensure projects are delivered within financial parameters while maintaining quality standards.
Skills
- Proven supervising experience in managing teams through complex transformation initiatives.
- Strong root cause analysis capabilities coupled with excellent organisational skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in requirements gathering, process optimisation, and product management
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6), and content management platforms (e.g., SharePoint).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience with project management methodologies including Waterfall, or Agile frameworks.
- Data analysis skills and proficiency in process mapping tools.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Adept at working within cross-functional teams using collaboration tools.
