Your role: Cosmetic Preparation Technician
- Carrying out cosmetic repairs including preparation, priming, painting, and finishing of vehicles
- Repairing scratches, dents, scuffs, and alloy wheel damage to a high standard
- Colour matching and blending paintwork to ensure a seamless finish
- Preparing panels and surfaces using the correct tools and materials
- Ensuring all work meets company quality standards and customer expectations
- Working efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines
- Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition
- Following standard processes and checklists to ensure consistency
- Supporting team members across the bodyshop and wider workshop when required
About you:
- Experience in a bodyshop, paint, or SMART repair role
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 Vehicle Body Repair or Paint) preferred
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Proactive and enthusiastic approach
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Full UK driving licence
