Location: The Showroom, Tritton Road, Lincoln – with regular travel to other YMCA Lincolnshire sites and external venues across the county

Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience)
Hours per week: 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 7.5 hours per day, although some evening/weekend work may be required)

YMCA Lincolnshire is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing and Communications Co-ordinator to support the delivery of engaging marketing and communications activities across the organisation.
Job Purpose
To provide internal and external marketing and communication support to YMCA Lincolnshire through a variety of channels to maintain a consistent level of employee, public and supporter engagement.
Principal Responsibilities
- To create and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, to promote our services and impact to the public to encourage engagement and donations.
- To lead on copy writing for a variety different mediums and audiences, to include social media, printed materials, press releases and email campaigns.
- Create basic designs for social media assets and printed materials, working within YMCA Lincolnshire’s brand guidelines.
- Create and send segmented email marketing campaigns using MailChimp.
- Work with external design/print agencies and create briefs for large scale design and print projects.
- Be a point of contact for media enquiries and create/maintain good relationships with local/regional/national press contacts in order to gain promotional opportunities for YMCA Lincolnshire.
- To attend external events, such as the Lincolnshire Show, to promote YMCA Lincolnshire to the public.
- Working with the Fundraising and Marketing Manager, conduct regular evaluation of marketing campaigns to inform continuous improvement.
YMCA Lincolnshire is a local charity with a vision to assist in the development of children, young people, families and their local community and to encourage individuals to positively contribute to society.
