Junior Premier League Head Coach – U7 to U11 Casual Football Coaches Wanted

We are now looking to expand our coaching team with enthusiastic, reliable and passionate casual coaches who want to be part of a supportive, ambitious club and join our Junior Premier League programme.
Role Description
This is a part‑time, on‑site coaching role with First Touch FC in Hull.
Working in our Foundation Phase Programme (U7-U11) will be head coach of up to two JPL teams.
You will be responsible for delivering engaging, age‑appropriate sessions, managing game days, player and parent communications, supporting player development, and contributing to the positive culture of the club.
Typical coaching hours include:
- Monday: 18:00–21:00
- Saturday AM: Junior Premier League fixtures at the JPL Central Venue in Castleford
Sessions run in line with school terms, with no coaching required during school holidays with the exception of summer holidays where training continues.
Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for coaches who bring both enthusiasm and professionalism. Ideally you will have:
- FA Level 2 or UEFA C (or working towards it)
- Experience coaching children or young people
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work with players of mixed abilities and backgrounds
- A genuine passion for football and youth development
- Experience in sports management or team leadership (desirable)
- Previous coaching experience in grassroots or academy environments
