TECHNICAL SURVEYOR & PROCUREMENT COORDINATOR

Acemark Glazing Ltd | South East & London | £37,000–£42,000 + mileage | Full Time

About Us

Acemark Glazing is a fast-growing commercial glazing contractor delivering aluminium, PVC and timber windows, doors and curtain walling for main contractors, developers, councils, housing associations and NHS trusts across London and the South East. We work on new build and replacement programmes including long-term framework contracts, with project values from £20,000 to £600,000.

We are growing rapidly, have recently secured significant long-term framework contracts, and are building the team to deliver them efficiently. This is a key hire at an exciting time.

The Role

You will be the critical link between a job being won and materials arriving on site — owning everything from the initial site survey through to purchase orders being placed with suppliers. You will work closely with our Operations Manager and estimating team, ensuring every job is set up correctly from the start.

Key Responsibilities

Attend site to carry out final manufacturing surveys — taking precise measurements of every unit

Process survey data into manufacturing schedules and submit to suppliers via our quoting system

Coordinate with suppliers on production drawings, final pricing and lead times

Manage the client drawing sign-off process — issue, chase and confirm approval

Raise and place Purchase Orders once client sign-off is received

Manage delivery scheduling and resolve any shortages or discrepancies

What We’re Looking For

Experience in a surveying, technical or procurement role within glazing, fenestration or construction

Knowledge of aluminium, PVC or timber window and door systems

Confident and accurate with measurements and technical dimensions

Experience in procurement or buying within construction or manufacturing

Strong communicator — professional with clients, suppliers and colleagues

Organised and able to manage multiple jobs simultaneously

Full UK driving licence — essential for site visits across the South East

Experience with supplier quoting or production drawing systems desirable

Monday.com or similar project management platform experience desirable
