We're looking for another skilled and personable Osteopath to join our warm, supportive, and busy practice based in Horley, Surrey (just minutes from Gatwick). If you're a confident clinician who loves building lasting relationships with patients, we'd love to hear from you.
About Us
We run two well-established local clinics with a loyal, high-volume patient base of regular, returning clients. Our team is made up of Osteopaths, Physiotherapists, Massage Therapists, and other allied healthcare professionals, all working together in a friendly, collaborative environment where patient outcomes come first — not just numbers through the door.
Our clinical approach is primarily structural and classical osteopathy, complemented by dry needling and ultrasound therapy, giving you the tools to treat a wide variety of presentations.
The Role
- Hours: Flexible — 2 days per week, split across our two local clinics
- Contract type: Your choice of self-employed (fee split) or salaried
- Salary (if salaried): £28,000–£45,000 OTE, pro rata, depending on experience and caseload
- Location: Horley, Surrey (near Gatwick) — easily accessible by road and rail
What We're Looking For
- A qualified, GOsC-registered Osteopath
- Personable and reliable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident managing a full and varied caseload independently
- Comfortable working with a high volume of regular, returning patients
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting
- Experience with dry needling and/or ultrasound is a plus, though training/support can be offered
