Job Summary:
Pastor Project Leadership & Community Development Ltd is seeking an inspiring and strategic Vice President of Leadership Development to lead executive coaching, leadership training, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and capacity-building initiatives. What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement leadership development strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Lead executive coaching, leadership training, mentorship, and professional development programs
- Design and oversee leadership curricula, learning frameworks, and talent development initiatives
- Build partnerships with educational institutions, community organizations, corporate clients, and industry stakeholders
- Identify leadership capability gaps and create programs to strengthen organizational effectiveness
- Establish performance metrics and evaluate the impact of leadership development initiatives
- Collaborate with executive leadership to support workforce growth and succession planning efforts
- Oversee program budgets, resource allocation, and operational planning
- Represent the organization at conferences, workshops, and leadership development events
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing learning and development teams
Requirements:
- Experience in leadership development, learning and development, talent management, organizational development, executive coaching, education, training, or related executive roles
- Strong leadership, facilitation, and relationship-building capabilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience designing and delivering leadership or professional development programs
- Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and organizational priorities effectively
- Passion for leadership excellence, community development, and lifelong learning
- Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience are advantageous but not essential

Pay: £8,500.00-£13,500.00 per month
