ASX GROUP are seeking a Professional & Skilled experienced Multi-Trade Maintenance Tradesman to join the Re-Active Maintenance Division (ASTERIX MAINTENANCE) on a full time basis. As we continue to grow with our existing clients and expand to new, we are looking for quality experience tradesmen to join the existing team.
We are seeking a versatile Tradesman to join our dynamic team on a Self Employed basis. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of skills in various trades, including elements of plumbing work, basic electrical, carpentry, decorating and general building maintenance.
The successful applicant will demonstrate proficiency in using both hand and power tools while ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Must have their own full set of tools to complete all aspects of works they accept on a daily basis. Any Specialist Equipment required, would be hired / or supplied to that person for specific works.
- PLEASE NOTE: Although this advert is advertised for the Bristol area, there will be a volume of driving and staying away to complete works in and out of hours across the South of the UK. The role comes with a company van - this is for Business Use Only (Insurance does not cover any personal use)
Duties
Clear Communication throughout your duties
Completing works to high quality, and on time
Basic Plumbing and Electrics, Carpentry, Decoration, General Building, Multi-Trade Repair works.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical fitness with the ability to lift heavy materials when necessary.
