As our client base continues to grow, we are expanding our Commercial and Customer Success teams and are looking for a Technical Services Analyst to help deliver an exceptional client experience.
The Role
This is a customer-facing technical role that sits within our Commercial function.
You will act as the technical expert and support the Commercial team with their client onboarding, system configuration, integrations, reporting requirements, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimisation.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, working directly with customers, and translating technical concepts into practical business solutions.
You will become a trusted advisor to clients, helping them overcome challenges, streamline processes, and fully leverage the capabilities of our technology.
What You Will Be Doing
- Assisting with client integrations, data imports, and system configuration.
- Working directly with customers to investigate and resolve technical queries.
- Acting as a technical escalation point for complex client issues.
- Delivering solutions that improve customer adoption and long-term success.
- Supporting the creation and optimisation of reports, dashboards, and data outputs.
- Troubleshooting SQL and data-related issues.
- Conducting root cause analysis to identify and resolve recurring challenges.
- Providing technical guidance and best practice recommendations to clients.
- Supporting the Commercial team with training and knowledge transfer where required.
- Contributing to technical documentation and process improvement initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience in a technical support, technical analyst, implementation, or systems support role.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working directly with customers or stakeholders.
- Good understanding of SQL and data investigation.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- A proactive and customer-focused mindset.
- Confidence working independently whilst collaborating across teams.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience working within a SaaS environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and dashboard creation.
- Experience supporting software implementations or client onboarding projects.
- Experience with workforce management, compliance, scheduling, HR, payroll, or operational systems.
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, or data migration projects.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and business applications.

In this role, you will become a key technical partner to both our clients and internal commercial teams. You will help deliver successful implementations, resolve complex challenges, improve client adoption, and contribute directly to customer retention and growth.You will build strong relationships with customers, become an expert in the C247 platform, and play a critical role in ensuring clients achieve long-term success with our technology.
