Job Summary

We’re looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our Yate Nursery, on the outskirts of Bristol. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in children’s lives while building a long-term career in a supportive, forward-thinking, and award-winning setting.

Early Years Practitioner (Level 2)
up to £26,748.80 per annum base salary with value of additional benefits after one years’ service: £4,793
Yate – outskirts of Bristol on a growing new-build estate with a large on-site car park
Full-time, Part-time or Flexible Working can be supported

You’ll deliver high-quality care and education in a safe, engaging environment by supporting each child’s development through inspiring activities and strong, nurturing relationships across age groups from 3 months to 5 years, including our newly developed baby room.

What you’ll do:

Deliver engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS
Support each child’s individual development and wellbeing
Build positive relationships with families and colleagues
Maintain high standards of safeguarding and care

What we’re looking for:

Level 2 qualification in Early Years
Experience and understanding of child development
A team-focused, proactive approach and passion for learning
