Full job description

Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

About the Role

We are a friendly family based in Milton Keynes looking for a caring, reliable, and responsible Chinese-speaking nanny to help care for our 4-year-old child.

Responsibilities

Providing attentive and engaging childcare for a 4-year-old child.
Speaking Mandarin Chinese with the child to support language development.
Organising age-appropriate educational and recreational activities.
Reading books, playing games, and encouraging learning through play.
Preparing simple meals and snacks for the child when required.
Maintaining a safe, clean, and positive environment.
Assisting with the child's daily routine.

Requirements

Fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
Previous childcare, nanny, nursery, teaching, or babysitting experience preferred.
Patient, trustworthy, and genuinely enjoys working with children.
Enhanced DBS check preferred (or willingness to obtain one).
First Aid qualification is an advantage.
Right to work in the UK.

Working Hours

Flexible (Part-time preferred, but full-time may be considered).
Specific working days and hours can be discussed.
