Because of rising demand and a packed pipeline of inbound customer enquiries, we’re expanding our telesales team and looking for two driven, determined sales professionals who are serious about earnings, performance, and progression.

The Role – What You’ll Be Doing
This is NOT cold calling.
You’ll be working warm, inbound enquiries from homeowners who have already requested information.
Your day will include:
- Handling incoming customer enquiries
- Confidently explaining our award-winning insulated ceiling solutions
- Preparing and emailing clear, professional quotations
- Negotiating and closing deals over the phone
- Completing order forms and updating our CRM/database
- Working closely with a small, motivated, high-performing sales team
Full product and sales training is provided — we set you up to win.
Earnings & Rewards
We pay people who perform.
- Basic salary (PAYE)
- Individual weekly sales bonus
- Team weekly bonus
- Realistic OTE £40,000–£70,000+
- Weekly pay (paid one week in arrears)
There’s no cap for the right salesperson.

✔ Previous telesales or sales experience (preferred)
✔ Confident, clear communicator (verbal & written)
✔ Comfortable handling objections and closing deals
✔ Organised and reliable

Hours & Working Pattern
- Monday–Friday: 9:00am–5:00pm
- One Saturday every 3 weeks (team rotation)
