A&E Fire and Security Ltd is a specialist in the fire and security industry installing and maintaining fire and security equipment and systems to a wide variety of new and existing customers throughout the South West, Midlands, South Wales and M4 Corridor to London.

We now have an exciting opportunity for an Fire Risk Assessment and Training Administrator to join our team. We are open to discussing flexible working hours for the right person.
Job Requirements and Responsibilities
- Professionally liaising with customers to schedule a range of services
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
- Serving as the first point of contact for customers and upholding a professional, positive image
- Responding to general enquiries promptly, efficiently, and with professionalism
- Communicating clearly and effectively with a diverse range of team members
- Managing and coordinating diaries to minimise travel time and prevent unnecessary journeys
- Proofreading and formatting finalised documents and certificates before dispatching to customers
- Ensuring all completed jobs are accurately documented and invoiced accordingly
- Scheduling tasks in alignment with contractual obligations
- Accurately inputting data into the customer database
- Organising and sharing diary appointments with the relevant stakeholders
- Regularly updating the Team Manager with key information and updates
- Preparing customer quotations for managerial sign-off and submitting tenders where required
- Proactively following up on outstanding customer quotations

The candidate must be used to working in a busy, “quick response” environment and must be able to be a reliable and assertive member of a busy operational team. It's also expected that the candidate will have good understanding of commonly used Microsoft office applications. Pay: From £28,000.00 per year
