Product Marketing & Social Media Assistant
Full Time: Monday–Friday 9am–5:30pm or 8:30 – 5pm with 1 hour lunch
Contract: 1 year FTC maternity contract
Salary: £25,658.59
Location: Remote working with monthly in-person marketing meetings in and around Cotswolds.
Interview process
- First stage = June 30th and July 1st.
- Task to be issued to shortlisted candidates following with one week completion time.
- Final interviews = July 14th-15th

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves organisation, content creation and all things digital marketing. You’ll play a key support role within our marketing team, helping to bring our properties to life across our website, newsletters and social channels, while keeping content polished, accurate and on brand.
What you’ll be doing:
- Creating and updating property pages using WordPress and in-house templates
- Supporting social media content creation and scheduling
- Building weekly newsletters
- Updating blogs and website content
- Creating guest-facing marketing collateral and property information
- Supporting image management and website audits
- Proof-reading and maintaining high content standards
- Supporting wider marketing admin and ad hoc projects
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent written communication and organisation skills
- Strong attention to detail and proof-reading ability
- A good eye for visual content and brand presentation
- Someone proactive, reliable and positive
- Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and priorities
- Experience with tools such as WordPress, Canva, CapCut, Mailchimp (or similar), Instagram and Facebook would be beneficial
Important to note: This role is remote-based, however attendance at a monthly in-person marketing meeting in Cheltenham for a 9.30am start is essential and non-negotiable.
