Operations Manager – Commercial Laundry
Location: Goodwood Road, Pershore, WR102JL
Salary: £35,000 base salary + up to £3,000 performance bonus
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
We are looking for a proactive and organised Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our busy commercial laundry operation.
This is a varied role combining both floor-based and office-based responsibilities, managing a team of 10 staff and ensuring smooth daily operations across production, logistics, staffing and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily running of the commercial laundry operation
- Manage and support a team of approximately 10 staff
- Work closely with supervisors and the company director
- Monitor production flow and operational performance
- Coordinate driver schedules and delivery planning
- Support recruitment, onboarding and staff performance management
- Work alongside maintenance staff to resolve equipment or operational issues
- Ensure quality standards and turnaround times are maintained
- Handle occasional out-of-hours emergency phone calls at weekends when required (rare occasions only)

- Previous experience in operations, production, manufacturing or logistics management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to organise teams and prioritise workloads effectively
- Comfortable working in both office and production-floor environments
- Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach
- Experience managing staff performance and day-to-day operations
