Part-Time Personal Assistant / Secretary to Managing Director & Operations Director
Tuesday – Thursday 8.30am – 4.30pm | Part-Time | £27,000 – £30,000 FTE £16,200 - £18,000 actual

We are looking for a confident, personable and highly organised Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director on a part-time basis, working Tuesday to Thursday.

This is a varied and fast-paced role suited to someone who is proactive, professional and able to manage multiple priorities with discretion and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing and coordinating the MD & Operation Directors diaries and appointments
Taking accurate minutes during meetings and distributing follow-up actions
Ensuring action points are tracked and completed in a timely manner
Organising meetings, schedules and communications
Providing general administrative and business support to the MD & Operations Director

The ideal candidate will:

Have previous PA or senior administrative experience
Be confident communicating with people at all levels
Have excellent organisational and time management skills
Be personable, professional and approachable
Be able to work independently and use initiative
Have strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills

Pay: £16,200.00-£18,000.00 per year
