The Role
We’re seeking an experienced HR professional to deliver a high-quality, proactive HR advisory service across the organisation, supporting managers and staff with complex employee relations, change management, and strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Change Management
- Lead and support organisational change (e.g., restructures, growth, new systems).
- Work with leaders to plan and implement change, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Coach and influence managers to handle change effectively and manage teams.
- Assess and improve readiness for change and adoption of new ways of working.
- Support organisational design and restructuring activities.
- Help maintain performance, engagement, and culture during change.
Employee Relations
- Manage complex employee relations cases, especially those linked to change.
- Communicate clearly with employees to keep them informed and engaged.
- Liaise with Occupational Health and legal advisors as needed.
Talent Acquisition
- Support the business with Talent Acquisition processes as required
- Oversee onboarding and induction processes
- Support the adoption of early learning and development initiatives
HR Policy & Compliance
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure all activities are legally compliant and low risk.
- Advise managers on employment law changes
HR Projects & Strategy
- Contribute to the delivery of the People Strategy.
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvements as the business grows.
- Lead or support HR initiatives such as performance management, diversity & inclusion, and wellbeing.
Training & Development
- Deliver workshops and briefings on HR topics.
- Support leadership development programmes.
HR Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate HR records and systems.
- Prepare payroll data and manage benefits administration
- Provide HR metrics and insights to inform decision-making.
Key Skills & Experience
- CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
- Ability to work independently whilst contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team
- Able to approach change sensitively and diplomatically, supporting others through transition and maintaining engagement
- Proven experience in handling complex employee relations
- Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills
- Ability to work at all levels
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office
