Full job description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Security Services Manager to oversee the day-to-day operational delivery of private security services at Insight Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staffing requirements, recruiting and vetting security operatives, and coordinating shift scheduling and deployment across client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise security operatives across multiple client sites

Coordinate shift scheduling and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times

Maintain and manage client accounts, service agreements, and renewals

Ensure all operatives hold valid SIA licences and remain compliant with industry regulations

Monitor operational budgets, authorise supplier payments, and prepare financial reports

Manage relationships with subcontractors and outsourced service providers

Produce regular operational reports and recommendations for the director

Requirements:

Proven experience in security services management

Strong knowledge of SIA licensing requirements and industry compliance

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Experience in budget management and financial reporting

Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment

Pay: £35,000.00-£43,000.00 per year
