Full job description

The Role:

In this role, you will bridge the gap between real estate strategy and high-end visual design. You will work directly with the leadership team to translate complex business models, site plans, and property pitches into stunning, ultra-professional B2B assets. This is a unique opportunity to build a brand identity from the ground up within a highly lucrative sector.

Key Responsibilities:

B2B Collateral & Pitch Decks: Design high-converting corporate proposals, investment pitch decks, and service capability brochures to secure premium commercial clients.
Brand Asset Management: Develop and maintain a unified visual identity for Theurbanshire Ltd across all print, digital, and documentation channels.
Property Marketing Material: Create crisp, visually striking property brochures, localized site maps, floor plan presentation templates, and signage mockups for premium listings.
Digital & Social Presence: Design visual assets for our upcoming corporate website launch, LinkedIn profiles, and targeted digital marketing campaigns.
Project Liaison: Work collaboratively with external web developers and print suppliers to ensure flawless production and execution of designs.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house corporate experience preferred).
Portfolio: A diverse, high-quality portfolio demonstrating strong typography, corporate layout structure, presentation design, and brand identity projects.
Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Experience with Figma or premium presentation tools (PowerPoint/Keynote) is a major plus.
Commercial Mindset: An understanding of how to use design to communicate business value to corporate partners and high-net-worth clients.
Proactive Attitude: Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced start-up environment, managing timelines effectively.

Pay: £34,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Rugby (Warwickshire)
