Sales Coordinator - Full-Time

The Role
Projuice are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join the team based at our Exeter office. This is a permanent contract working Monday to Friday. The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating customer sales, handling enquiries, orders and queries received by phone, via the website, and through email.
The Role will include:
- Understanding the product range
- Speaking to and emailing customers regarding their orders and enquiries
- Processing customer orders on our Sage 50 accounts system
- Co-ordinating orders for dispatching via courier
- Co-ordinating orders for delivery by our own vehicles from multiple depots
- Contacting customers to confirm deliveries and expected delivery times
- Using Stream delivery software to assist the planning team
The Ideal Applicant
We are looking for a conscientious friendly personality who enjoys working as part of team. Personal skills to fulfil the role would ideally include:
- Customer focused with attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good communication skills via email and telephone
- Experience in a similar role supporting customers
- Prior experience of Sage 50 accounts, although not essential as training will be given
- Good IT skills including Excel and Outlook
