One of the UK’s most inspiring and best-known faith-based organisations, is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Training Programme Facilitator to be part of the team at Hadleigh Training Centre Essex.
Hadleigh Training Centre has been providing training opportunities since 1990 for adults with additional support needs. There are currently approximately 160 trainees who attend the training centre, following personalised pathways to meet a range of outcomes. All training is designed to maximise progression opportunities, whether this be in particular vocational skills, or transferable life skills such as motivation, self-esteem and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
This role is suited to someone who is passionate about delivering meaningful training and supporting individuals to achieve their goals. You will play a key part in planning and delivering tailored training sessions, using individual learning support plans and assessment tools to create clear pathways for each trainee. Working closely with the Training Programme Lead, you will help shape training activities, monitor progress, and produce detailed reports that evaluate engagement and outcomes while suggesting improvements.
A strong focus is placed on encouraging active participation, empowering trainees to make choices, and adapting your approach to meet diverse needs, including providing flexible support across different training areas when required.

Experience or understanding of supporting adults with additional needs is important, as is a commitment to inclusive practice and the values of The Salvation Army, ensuring all work is carried out with empathy, professionalism, and a focus on positive outcomes
