Full job description

Job Overview
Join the countries leading and oldest campervan manufacturer. We are seeking a diligent and reliable campervan cleaner & general duties to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning the outside and inside of our campervans on the forecourt and prior to customer handover. You will need to have some experience of a similar role previously, eg. caravan or motorhome cleaning, using a jet wash and knowledge of cleaning products .This role is physical but also requires strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service, as you will interact with clients and staff regularly.

Responsibilities

Perform cleaning duties of campervans on our forecourt and prior to customer handover.
Jet wash, Hoover, Dust, wipe down surfaces.
Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling protocols are followed.
Report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to address any concerns or special requests.
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times while performing cleaning tasks.
Able and willing to perform other general task within the factory when required. e.g. emptying of bins and general tidying up.

Requirements

English is essential for effective communication with clients and team members.
A valid driver's licence is essential as you maybe required to travel between sites.
Previous experience in a cleaning or customer service role is advantageous but not mandatory.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
A positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service to clients.
