Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Dental Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring exceptional patient care, and maintaining the financial health of the practice. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with strong leadership skills to contribute to a thriving dental environment

Duties

Supervise and support dental practice staff, including receptionists, hygienists, and dental assistants
Oversee appointment scheduling, patient flow, and overall clinic efficiency
Manage financial operations such as billing, invoicing, and budgeting to ensure profitability
Implement and monitor human resources policies, including recruitment, training, and staff development
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of infection control
Coordinate with dental practitioners to optimise patient care and service delivery
Maintain accurate records and manage practice administration tasks effectively
Develop strategies for practice growth and improvement based on operational data

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience within a healthcare or Dental setting is highly desirable
Strong management skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively
Knowledge of human resources practices relevant to healthcare environments
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Previous experience in dental practice management is advantageous but not essential
Relevant qualifications in healthcare management or business administration are preferred
