Job Summary
We are excited to be able to offer a full-time Customer Service Advisor/Office Administrator opportunity.
Joining our team, you will be responsible for providing professional customer support.
You will be the first point of contact for emails, telephone calls and face to face visits to our Showroom.
Responsibilities include:
· Managing telephone calls, emails and other correspondence
· Diary management of Sales and Fittings appointments using a dedicated industry software package
· Managing Order progress from start to finish
· Ordering Blinds & Curtains
· Liaising with clients, suppliers and internal staff
· Managing payments including card transactions
· Occasional debt management
· Updating and maintaining office records, filing systems and databases
· Ordering office supplies and managing inventory
· Update of company insurance policies and any claims arising
· Management of vehicle documents including MoT, insurance and servicing
· Updating Calendar with ad hoc appointments
· First point of contact for all outside agencies including Utilities etc
· Building management including Health & Safety matters and general security
· Creating and maintaining a well-organised, efficient office environment
Skills/Experience required:
· Must be fluent in spoken & written English
· Good and accurate numeracy & literacy skills
· Good keyboard skills
· Great communication skills gained from similar role
· Able to deal with occasional challenging situations
· Willing to undertake product training
· Very customer focussed & good team player
The vacancy is based at Stacey Bushes Trading Centre, Milton Keynes MK12 6HS and is a full-time office position working Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm with occasional Saturdays (10am to 4pm)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
